Karen’s Massage and Beauty is a massage and beauty studio conveniently located on Alt. 19 and Alderman Rd. in the Key West plaza at the Power Spa suites in Palm Harbor.

I offer several types of massages, facials and eyelash extensions. Get a custom massage exactly the way you want it. Relaxing/Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reiki Healing Energy Work and Thai Yoga Massage. Get an organic facial for anti-aging or acne cleansing. Get a natural looking set of classic or volume eyelash extensions.

Karen is a 2011 graduate of Sunstate Academy in Clearwater, where she received her massage and facial training.

Karen has continuing education in Thai Yoga Massage which is performed on a floor mat wearing comfortable clothing and no oils are used. Yoga-like stretches and rhythmic  compressions along your back, arms and legs will leave you feeling loose and limber and completely relaxed.

Karen also has a Reiki II certification in healing energy work. Reiki healing energy work is for your physical and emotional well being and is provided to help relax, calm the mind, relieve stress, balance your energy centers and overall well being.

I bought a Groupon for a Thai massage with Karen and after my first massage I bought a package of 5 massages. I’ve had Thai massages at other places but Karen is the best. I encourage you to schedule a Thai massage experience with Karen!

If you have never had a Thai stretching massage I highly recommend one from Karen. She helps by stretching you and massaging certain points in the area to help relax it. I could have fallen asleep while she did it. Most people think that a massage is what they need but most times it is a good stretch and she helps you through this. I just recommend this and felt energetic after walking out the door. Just go see Karen!
